Hypnosis is simply a deep level of relaxation that reveals within, the amazing abilities you already have, with which to improve your life.
Does hypnosis really work?
I seem to get asked that question quite a bit and of course my reply is an enthusiastic YES! I can say from personal experience that hypnosis is a very powerful tool. I will be using hypnosis for the rest of my life and encourage anyone who is searching for forward movement to do the same.

My “Cycle of Progress”
I admit I am a very fortunate person having enjoyed a wonderful childhood with a wonderful family. Luckily I have extraordinarily supportive family and friends. However, there was a time in my life I was very unhappy. After losing my very best friend, my dad, in August of 2007 and filing for divorce shortly after that, I began a transformation that was to be wonderful.
It is with great pain that I recognize that the loss of my father was the beginning of a true understanding of my self. Unfortunately it took me losing him to see clearly what will always be my top priorities. I finally had the courage to do what was best for ME. To be 100% for the people I love in my life I learned I must first be 100% for myself. I am happy to say I am now a better mother, daughter, sister and friend because I am truly happy.
I decided after years of fascination with hypnosis to earn my certification in hypnotherapy and also to complete my degree in Psychology. I earned my certification through Mottin and Johnson Institute of Hypnosis in St. Louis, MO. I also have a certifications in Pain Management and Emergency Hypnosis as well as NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). I completed my bachelors degree in Psychology at Ottawa University. I continue to enjoy learning through continuing education in many forms.
One positive change leads to another….
I have experienced what I call a positive “shift” in my life since using hypnotherapy on a regular basis. I believe that I am responsible for the positive changes in my life, I deserve the credit for my accomplishments. However, hypnosis catapulted me into being more aggressive in regards to my career, more motivated, more productive and ultimately more successful.
Hypnosis has additionally helped me to improve relationships with my family and friends. I am happier and healthier than I have ever been and I absolutely credit hypnosis for helping me to create that “shift”. One positive change led to another and then another, another and so on.
It has been with the love and endless support of my friend and mentor Kelly Murphy-Boule CHT that I have created a better life for myself emotionally, spiritually and professionally. I cannot thank her enough for her generosity and guidance.
Thank you so very much Kelly!

On the group session, what if some want to lose weight, some boost confidence or stop biting their nails, how do you address all of them? What is maximum number of people in a group and what days are you free to do them?
The group session should include individuals with the same common goal. More than one topic could be addressed as long as there is a minimum of 3 people for each goal. For example, if Sally, Steve and Sharon want to be hypnotized for weight loss, and Tara, Teresa and Todd for smoking cessation, we could do a group clinic with 2 different hypnosis sessions. There really is no maximum number, my main concern is just that there be adequate, comfortable seating so that it can be a pleasant and successful experience for everyone.
In addition I would like to add that with each and every client I always address increasing confidence and reducing stress in the session.
Group clinics can be scheduled in the evenings or weekends.
Thank you so much for your interest. Please let me know if you have any more questions.
